Allah says : Laylat - ul- Qadr is to be found in the last ten odd nights of Ramdan ul Mubarak , 21st , 23rd , 25th , 27th and 29th night of Ramdan .

“ LAYLAT - UL - QADR ”

A Part Of The Nights In Prayers..
“ Seekers, Winners, Sleepers, Losers ”

Allah ! We revealed it on the Night of Power. Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Night of Power is! The Night of Power is better than a thousand months. The angels and the Spirit [Jibrail] descend therein, by the permission of their Allah, will all decrees. (That night is) Peace until the rising of the dawn.” (Qur’an, Surat al-Qadr: 97)

It is the anniversary of the night “ Qu’ran Pak ” , Its also known as “ SHAB - E - QADR ” , Muslims do worship ( Ibadat ) whole night recitet Qur’an Pak, offer Namaz Qaza / nafl salah, read Salat ul Tasbee, do zhikr of Allah Pak , Send Darood and Salam Upon “ Nabi Pak S.a.w ’’ as much as possible , pray to God to fulfill their desires & forgive all sins .

We should also strive to establish the night vigil prayer (tahajjud).

Abu Huraira(R.A) narrated that the Messenger(s.a.w.w) said: “Whoever stands (in prayer) in Laylat ul Qadr while nourishing his faith with self-evaluation, expecting reward from Allah, will have all of his previous sins forgiven.” (Bukhari and Muslim).

This Surah was revealed at a time when some Sahabah ( companions of the Holy Prophet s.a.w.w ) who were advance in their ages came to Holy Prophet s.a.w.w and said that the nation of previous prophets had long lives and they had more time for the worship of God; sahabah were worried as they were already old and did not have any enough time to worship God to their satisfaction, so Allah Pak revealed this surah and said that he grant His followers of the Holy Prophet s.a.w.w this special night which is better than thousand months; if someone prays on this night , will get a reward equal to thousand months , even more , this night angel Hazrat Jibrail a.s comes and brings blessings for everyone, specially for those who are busy worshipping ( Ibadat )of Almighty Allah with earnestness .

Almighty Allah states about the day whereby religion became perfected, both qualitatively and quantitatively: "… This day have I perfected for you, your religion and completed My favor on you and chosen for you Islam as a religion…" 5:3

Hazrat Ali (R.A) was asked: What is the meaning of a pilgrim's act when he restores … The eve of Eid ul-Azha is among four blessed nights along with the Laylat- ul-Qadr .

Ibn Majah narrated that on Saiid reported that the Prophet (S.A.W.W) said: "On this month there is a night better than thousand months, whoever misses it, he misses all the good, no one misses the good except he who is at loss."

It is reported that Hazrat Aisha said : “O Messenger of Allah! What if I knew which night Laylat ul Qadr was, then what should I say in it ?

He [salalahu alayhi wa salam] said :

“Say: اَللَّهُمَّ اِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ ، تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
[Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun tuhibbul ‘afwa fa’fu ‘annee .
[ O Allah, you are the One who grants pardon for sins. You love to pardon, so pardon me]

Allah Pak give this night as a gift to the followers of “ Nabi Pak ( s.a.w.w) ” .

Muslim should pray to Allah for forgiveness , fulfillment of what they desire for themselves and for other muslims in this important night .
